This trolley is designed for the distribution of meals in individual trays for cold, hot or frozen catering. It has two compartments: one for cold preparations, the second for hot preparations. Robust thanks to its stainless steel construction, it has a sloping bottom for good water drainage. The “ELECTRO CONTACT” technology ensures that hot preparations are brought back to temperature and maintains the correct heat thanks to its precise temperature regulation.
